Just wondering what some people's all time favorite TV shows are and if there are any stories as to why.

I'll start with this.

I didn't remember that much about watching Miami Vice as a kid in the 80's, but it left an impact. In 2005 or so I bought the DVD set and have watched every episode in order at least 5 times since then. What got me thinking about this was the shows that I've enjoyed since then, they kind of have a theme in common.

-Miami Vice
-CSI Miami
-The Glades
-Dexter
-Burn Notice(almost forgot this one)

All cop shows, sort of, based in Florida, or a lot around Miami.

Honorable Mention:
-Justified
-Jag
(really like both of these a lot, just don't have the cop in Miami thing going on)

Anyone care to share about their TV experiences.

(ps, I'm on season 4 of Dexter now)
