Then maybe the manufacturers shouldn't give it to the press before they want it released?
Don't want it released until the Detroit Auto Show? Don't give it to news agencies/media until you're maybe an hour from going out to give the press conference.
There will always be leaks. Always.
If there's an interest in the story, there's money to be made (in this case advertising money because of increased traffic and click), and will be made.
And aside from withholding the information from Jaloponik in the future, what could GM sue them for?
