We both do our workouts first thing in the morning, I only consume whey protein while working out. Hubby drinks N.O.Xplode, then sits on the thrown, and say about 30 minutes later he's starting his workout. Right after his workout he has his oatmeal w/protein/raisins/banana mix. Sometimes another protein drink mid day. He eats pretty healthy, not much junk, but not as active during the winter months. I don't lift heavy anymore, lots of reps and lots of stretching, and I eat super healthy!
