Interesting how they don't have cell phone use while driving in there.
My favourite one of all, cell phone use while tailgating.
Don't know how it is in your states, but tickets that rake in cash influx to the government is what matters most to them.
Case in point. Brussels(head of the European Union) now wants to add a speed limit on the Nurburgring, the Germans are pissed. I don't blame them for being so!
