There is a reason that drive school is all about personallity and behavior. it is that whole person people become behind the wheel. I think the goofy character Mr. wheeler is like my uncle or soemthing (I am adopted so it is possible)

The oregon driver improvement progam is titled "attitudes, values, and behaviors" don't ask me why I know this haha.
