Good evening crew. I had an odd day. First meeting of the morning was cancelled. Then saw a couple of clients & had another meeting & packed up or threw away more of our stuff for the move to the new building. Then one more client & the rest cancelled. So I packed more stuff, my stuff & put it in my car to bring home. In the middle of the day I started to feel funny & let the nurse check me. No temp, pulse fine but my BP was up. For no apparent reason. So when my clients cancelled I decided to skip my exercize class & come home early. I feel better now but it is odd. I don't usually have any problems with my BP. My pulse sometimes is high but it was fine. Anyhoo, Guess I'll need to check it periodicly.
