Are you thin?
I am 6'4" and was 250 lbs when I first sat in one(still fit pretty well), but I am now 220 and fit much better. Not sure if I'm actually siting lower but I feel like I have much more room now. I'm guessing I gained a good inch or so of headroom removing some extra padding I was sitting on
