I made a purchase from shopchevyparts.com, the prices weren't bad, they charge a lot for shipping and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I purchased gm wheel locks, stingray floor mats and a indoor car cover. Month and a half later the cover is still on back order. Which is fine, however, I have gotten no correspondence from them. I have written emails asking what is going on and I get a reply saying "we don't know when it will be in". Again a month after, I have written two emails of displeasure and they have still yet to reply. I asked for shipping compensation... They offered to refund the entire order. WTF kind of customer service is that. I'm sure I speak on behalf of most of us, if I can afford a new corvette, I can afford to shop elsewhere.

I have written them an email stating to refund my purchase.
Note to self: pay a little extra for good customer service.
