this truly makes me sad i (being only 25) grew up on The Fast and The Furious movies and its one of those franchises that helped fuel my love for cars.. apparently he was driving in a Porsche Carrera GT and lost control and hit a tree which lead the car to burst into flames. it happened in Southern California while he was on his way to a car show/charity event for the a typhoon relief fund. heres a link to the NY daily news, its still early so im sure more facts will come up in time.
