Hyundai started using Li-Poly batteries in their Hybrid versions in 2012, Toyota is still using Ni-MH..
Personally I didn't realize how many different manufacturers were making and selling hybrid vehicles, while some on this list have been discontinued, and some are marked as "hollow hybrid" (i.e. a design only implemented to help the manufacturer get over the CARB and EPA humps and has no real reduction in green house gases), there are quite a lot of them out there:
