I put in need for speed to let it install so I put the ps4 in standby, I tried to put on my ps3 to check the store for add-on content for a game and it wouldn't let sign in, it said no Ethernet cable detected check both ends and it was fine, so I went back to the ps4 after it installed to game and turned the system off then went back to the ps3 and signed in 1st try no message about the Ethernet cable
Just thought I'd share if anyone could use the info
