I use to sale a lot of stuff on E-bay (anywhere from 50-75 auctions a week for a year) and there was an option down on the bottom where you set up the auction that you can set to US only and the only people that would be allowed to bid was those people whose address is located in the US. You can even go farther and set it to continental US so you wouldn't have to worry about Alaska or Hawaii.

I got in a hurry and just duplicated one of the other ads. E-bays fees have going way too high and now that they have a monopoly w/ paypal it's even worse.
...and to top it off I have a 100% rating w/ about 50 sales but haven't used it in a couple years so my money is pending until Dec 2nd. It's good they are tightening up for the buyers but damn it's hard to sell anymore.
