The Challenger is a LY platform, and the Charger is a LX platform.... very similar but differ by a few inches in length. Most of the parts are swappable between the platforms, so they are very similar in power, handling, size, etc.

My SRT8 ran 13.3 @ 109 with exhaust-only at a DA of ~+1700 and a 2.15 60ft time (nursed it off the line). A good driver in a stock SRT8 will run similar or better in better conditions. A tune will drop 3/10s off that time. If a driver does not know the right combinations of traction control settings,the SRT8 likes to courtesy shift to 2nd right off the line, resulting in some poor times. A tune will remove that.
