My understanding is that all PS4 games are mandatory install, however, you can play the games while they're installing (whether from the disc or the PS Store).

So what are people picking up in the first couple of weeks? My plan when I preordered was Watch Dogs and the free DriveClub. NOW I think I'm going to pick up AC IV (even though I've never played an AC game), and NFS Rivals.
