As a lot of new owners have mentioned, the paint finish leaves a lot to be desired. It has lots of orange peel in it, not bad I guess for a factory mass production job but I guess we all expect more. GM doesn't put a lot of clearcoat on it as well so its almost impossible to color sand it out without burning thru it.
While the factory white looks amazing in person I wanted something unique, I wanted it to stand out.
HRE wheels is going to display it at SEMA this year so I decided to do a custom mixed color.

The Dis assembly begins, they took a lot of care and took it apart in their showroom and cataloged all the parts.
