At what age does a individual have the right to join a forum and discusses a topic of his or her chosing?

Well, I was going to say if you can spell correctly and use punctuation properly......BUT, there's quite a few older folks who don't know how to use periods, commas, quotation marks, capital letters, question marks, exclamation points, properly spell, yadda, yadda, yadda anyway...
.... If you want to talk cars and can
contribute, cool deal. There's s few guys on here that could have fooled me with their age.
Which leads me to another point.
All you older members see that there are some younger ones on here. I
would remind you all to do your best to keep it clean for the young ones, but...ya'll pretty much have been doing a great job on that. Let's keep it up!
