Hi Becky! Last week I was at a standstill 3400. I received a email notice from Chevrolet with the same status as you gave (theirs being 4-days behind yours) with the added comments, "At this time a TPW is not available for this order. Additionally, a VIN has not been assigned to this order".
I'm hoping that you will have more insight.....as you've always have had in the past.
