About one third of the Chevrolet dealerships will NOT be able to order a C7 Stingray ever.
The 1000+ dealers not among the original 900 should have the guide numbers and should be able to submit orders possibly starting in November.
I do not know how one learns if a dealer is among the 1000 to be added to the list of eligibles.
