Yes and no. Emphasis is always on bar speed, but tonight was primarily a strength program with some conditioning work coming from the limited rest.

Afterwards was our real conditioning workout: increasing ladder of 2 ball slams and 2 burpees (2/2, 4/4, 6/6...etc.) for eight minutes.
