I didn't know about this nor requested for a code... I just received an invitation this morning since I subscribed to Chevrolet for Stingray updates. You can register if you received an invitation w/ the code from Chevrolet. According to the Chevrolet subscription email, I think you can also request for more info at
chevrolet@emails.chevrolet.com
