The only reason this didn't happen during the Cuban missle crisis with Russia is we didn't have the largest country in the world holding our arm behind our backs, and Kennedy had something to bargain with. Our debt to China isnt partisan either, everyone is at fault.
Of course, the chances of us doing anything to piss off China right now are zero to none, so there isn't much to worry about in that aspect. |
It will be a sad day in history when American defense companies refuse to help us because the dollar crashes- especially since they have been "sucking the tit" and getting well over the value of the materials in the weapons from all the defense contracts over the years.
