There is an air inlet on the top of the quarter panel. The exit is on the rear end. The air path gies right past the fan.
The biggest disassembly surprise for me was the one piece tail light. It appeared to be two lights with the lights installed.
I also found the slotted but not drilled rotors surprising as an OEM part. All the others Chevrolet rotors I have seen are either plain or drilled.
