Its the round ring the arrows in the photo above are pointing at. The block off the air holes there to funnel the air out the ends of the rotors. This somehow is suppose to cool better than having the holes open. Seems very dumb to me but want be able to test it till Nov 23 when I hit road Atlanta with it.
