Chevrolet.com Order Tracking System
An issue was discovered late last week that the Order Tracking system on the Owner's Center within Chevrolet.com was not providing accurate information to customers with Corvette Stingray order numbers. Customers who now visit the site will receive a message indicating the site is unavailable. The customer will also be prompted to send an email to
faq@chevrolet.com for order inquiries. The emails will be answered by a select team of customer assistance specialists who will be able to provide the latest vehicle tracking information. It will not be instantaneous, but it should ensure proper ordering and shipping expectations are being provided to the customer and dealer. This process only applies to Corvette Stingray orders, and the system continues to be available for tracking of all other Chevrolet orders.
