If the mods agree on this I'm sure should start on 2014 since this year is almost gone... or they can get a members voting on the already COTW winners to get the COTM from January to September, and for this year just announce the Camaro 2013 winner and start the right way on 2014... I believe this will motivate members on get more passionate on their builds and journals...
Just imagine a C5 trophy saying you have the best car of more than 3,000 Camaros world wide! For me that is huge!!!
