Well... it didn't work. Apparently you can't bridge connections if one of the connections is sharing already. Either way, I think I may have figured out the problem. Apparently, the university blocks all ports to be used for online game play and you have to call and request to have it open. Didn't know that at all (and still don't understand why they do that) but hopefully that solves it.. *fingers crossed*
