I work in the tech industry. The failure rate of this site would result in the quick firing of whomever manages this infrastructure in just about any other business. I would have thought that Tran made decent money off this well-trafficked and much-referenced site, certainly enough to employ the most basic maintenance and defensive patches and network tools.
