Canada is a different world as far as Chevrolet order processing goes.
Will not quote you but will say there is a way. A dealer declines to use an allocarion, that allocarion will be assigned to another dealer. The first dealer loses the allocarion and in future years the second dealer keeps it.
Who here sees any dealer giving up an allocation of a potential popular product in favor of another dealer? I thought so.
Allocation is product. No product means nothing to sell.
Also, dealers who take difficult to move product are given priority for easier to move product.
