Doesn't madder how big or small the dealer is, it's how many allocations he get based on C6 sales.
for every allocation your dealer gets he can order 1 stingray, GM will tell them when they get each earned allocation they could be weeks apart or months. Once your order is placed against an allocation your production will proceeds like anyone else.
Bad news is if you are still at 1100 since July your dealer has no allocation for your order. Said to say all that 1100 means is that he deal put you in the computer but the order has not been accepted by GM again due to no allocation.
