How to disable emergency trunk release

I occasionally have to put live peopl..... uh cargo in my trunk. I'm ok with the scream... uhh cargo moving around, but it's annoying when they get out.... uhhh CARGO falls out of my trunk. How do I disable the manual trunk release? LOVE your forum, you guys are the greatest!
