I've driven in the 1st gen Charger, not impressed. Rear leg room was nowhere near as good as my G8. I've only sat in the 2nd gen Charger and I'm still not all that impressed by the interior. As for performance its a driver's race between an RT and a GT. Plenty of varying times to show that both cars range from low 13's to low 14's. Lots of people seem to be weary of the G8 GT's potential. I've ran against Camaro's with the L99 and I've never been further back than their rear bumper. Give the G8 the same rear gearing as the SS and all of a sudden that could be a driver's race as well.
