Well, the XF-84H turboprop actually has that distinction. In a sense, quite literally. The thing made a constant sonic boom as the ends of the props were breaking the speed of sound even before the plane started to taxi. They called it 'Thunderscreech'.
Nausea among crew members was common. The thing would knock people over just by running the engine. You could hear it 20 miles away when it was on the ground. The thing could screw up equipment in the control tower by its vibration.
Anything that does that could make you piss your pants uncontrollably
