I guess I could do the courtesy of explaining for my C5 buds that might not know me as well: I graduated from medical school in May (yay!). And while I don't have an official physician job (I chose to do at least a year of research but I'm also shadowing physicians to keep my skills up), when I do have patient interaction, I'm expected to take the same responsibility and have the same knowledge set as an intern. So any time spent on C5 (and other forums and social media including Facebook) is time I could spend studying about my patients. I prefer to be above average and know more than expected, with anything that interests me.
And gotta make sure I stand out for any potential letters of recommendation.
Anyway, I don't mean to thread jack, so let's get this thread
