no, there are different levels of moderation. if you click on the "view forum leaders" link on the main forum page, you'll see that I'm only a moderator for the engine/drivetrain subforum. which means I cant edit/mod any other subforums but that one. its not a big deal. ive gone plenty of times without being able to say what I wanted to say.
