When you see the tide go out quickly, get to high ground.
This is from the Japanese Tsunami, however it's also one I haven't seen before (and I watched a lot of them). I'm really surprised at how the authorities there weren't concerned about getting people to higher ground. Then again, a lot of people don't really understand that the tide goes out before a Tsunami VERY quickly.
The cameraman and all the people going to that three story building are VERY lucky to be alive.
