co-worker has a 2011 335i coupe, for 6 weeks been poking fun at my Camaro calling it a fat cow and over priced for the lack of power blah blah blah..
Everyone in my dept. are Bimmer Fan boys.. whatever.. he paid $55+ for his little toy I paid $35k for mine, and mine is topless = more fun to me, the speed limit is 65mph so who the hell cares which is faster..
anyway, mr. bimmer-jack-ass got the front of his precious BMW torn off by a semi-truck tire tread a few days ago, so he asked if I could pick him up on my way to work today because his dealer is like 2 miles from my house, and then return him after work to pick up his ride.
being the nice guy I am I said sure, even though the guy is a jerk.
so on the way home tonight I gave him a little feel of the SS, not just the speed, I pinned his ass to the seat launching from the freeway on-ramp stop signal.. But on the interchange between the 2 freeways I take, 35mph ramp, I hugged that turn @ 75+ and the car never skipped a beat..
He told me when he got out at the dealer he didn't think the Camaro was that powerful, and the launch scared the crap outta him, because he wasn't expecting it to be that "violent".
Mine you, I didn't really push the car.. I simply got it up to 75ish to the pace of traffic from a dead stop in a couple hundred feet and made my passenger reach for the "oh shit" bar that isn't there..
