That's what I am interested to find out. The partnership with BMW and the direction Nissan went with the GT-R could make a higher price point and supercar targets more likely. On the other hand the Mitsubishi Evo is moving into the higher price point to combat the GT-R, so that could leave a large portion of the import performance market vacant other than the Subaru STI. I'm a bit perplexed about where such a car would fit into the BMW lineup. That makes me lean a little more toward high-end supercar fighter.
