That looks like it would do. It should be wide enough, make sure it is. It sounds to me like you need help with the jacking.
Probably easiest with a floor jack, I would read the owners manual or search the web or a corvette site or get under the car and see where a safe and secure spot is to place the jack. Don't want to damage anything or get hurt because the jack was not placed correctly. Once it is on the carts and if it is on smooth concrete, one person can push it. Don't push it into the wall. May go easier than you think.
