Louts' look sick but literally to get in and out its a fall and crawl activity. You have to fall into the seat and crawl on the floor to get out. The sales man couldn't stop laughing because everyone that sits in a louts does the same thing. They have like a very tall threshold when you open the door that makes it very difficult
