I lose regular internet connection right when things seem to be happening. Go figure.
The PE units are intended to be a reward to high volume Corvette dealers so logic would say they would be among the very first, if not first, produced.
Chevy produces according to dealer allocation and therefore there WILL be dealer stock builds right along with the very first retail sold builds. There is no rule that says it has to be that way, it is just something that happens.
Now that I'm back time to go exploring.
