Okay, the part the article posted is wrong about is the whole issue with FE. GM is pretty happy about the C7's FE numbers. Corvette obviously proves "V8" and "fuel efficient" can be used in the same sentence.
What is possibly correct is the timeframe. C7 is rumored to be a short model run.
