Yep. Sometimes it's that school-bus style fold out and locking lever, sometimes it's a switch on the upper console, sometimes you have to get up and open the door yourself.
Then sometimes you and a bunch of other drivers go to clean out a paratransit van and then can't figure out how to open the door to get back out...
