Nobody is driving a concept car other than engineers/reps testing and driving to auto shows. Once a car goes into production it is no longer a concept car. It's pretty simple logic. There are a plethora of one-off prototypes we could inject into any discussion, but in terms of chronology for the end consumer it is completely illogical to do so. The fact of the matter is, Dodge is extremely late to this party that the ZL1 and GT500 have been having for a few years now.
