I better clearify lol. crunches burn relatively few calories compared to say HIIT.
Certain exercises will target your inner thighs but do not target fat burning in that area.
The key to reducing fat is diet and exercise, by the way the more muscle you carry the more fat you burn as it requires the use of more calories to sustain muscle than fat.
