No Fault only works if both vehicles are autos, not bikes! ask me why
I rode bikes for 30 Years. I was involved in a head on collision a year ago. My bud lost his life in that collision and i broke my foot in 3 places (2 separate bikes hitting a car that crossed a double yellow line) no fault does not cover motorcycles, you have to sue for the medical..I hope she has a good lawyer,sucks about her losing her leg
