Here's a fix for that peeps.
Click the start button, then the run option.
Type CMD in the run box and hit enter. A black DOS box opens up.
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and then enter. Close the window.
Your stored lookups will be deleted and it will get the new address.

unless the attack includes cache poisoning, in which case flushing your dns resolver will cause you to retrieve the spoofed IPs
