My wife's family is from Canada and you have to put a coin in this lock thing and you can unchain your cart. You never see a loose cart. If anything, teen agers hang out in the parking lot asking if they can put your cart away! Interesting enough, anyone know what the Canadians call their 1 dollar coin?
