Also in response to the doctor quote a couple pages back. Residency is paid better than it has before. Yes its isnt triple digits but better than maybe most jobs and considering I too am lucky to be born into a good family where my mom makes BANK...I got to bypass college loans so i have been saving up and working small jobs like right now im at macys so when i get those checks i can finally buy my own car since my mother said she'd help with a downpayment only then i have to pay it off. OF COURSE, as long as i make it and excel in it. so when i hit 80-100k or close to...then im done with this baby and getting a SS or any other v8.

You'd be able to afford an SS or plenty of other V8's even while in med school (don't have to wait for residency). That's what I should have done, but I played it safe and went with my LS. Others in my class had Mercedes/BMW's/Lexus/Range Rovers so my car was relatively affordable (but I'd say the best looking anyway )

Yea i could never do med school never liked my science classes. Hopefully though I might be getting a job soon that pays very well for a 19 year old. I will know in about a week or two if I get it.
