As for making the site better, I'd see if you can find a way to embed the videos into one window instead of a a bunch of pictures, have one video screen with links on the right. These links will load up the other videos in the same frame. Also, keep them on the same page by using frames so they don't have to load the headers and surrounding areas every time they click a link. It will make loading your site much quicker.
