As for splitter options on the V6...I really love the GM Dusk splitter for the V6. I saw that and thought to myself "finally a good looking V6 splitter". But the cost is ridiculous so I doubt I'll be getting it.
At this point I already have the heritage grille and the Street Scene lower ducts/grille so I like it very well. Just want a damn splitter lol.

To be honest, I don't know if you made a mistake or not just because removing that splitter would have left u with holes running along the bottom edge of the bumper. So if u didn't like the splitter, you did the right thing.
I agree though, I don't see how other companies haven't built a bumper without a mailslot.
I'm going to be picking something soon because I really need the bumper. You wouldn't believe how bad mine is right now. Rock chips everywhere.
